Aprons, Etc., originally began as a manufacturer/supplier to retail outlets, and expanded its business by adapting practices highly suited to the advertising specialty market. In the 19+ years of operation, the major growth of the company has been through the development of strong relationships within the ad specialty trade, and by growing a niche in the textile promotional market. Our strengths are in our production time, our creativity, our quality well-priced promotional products, and our professional and courteous customer service. Hoffman, a University of
Tennessee marketing graduate, left a Greenville-based
textile company to form his own manufacturing operation. Beginning with
one major retail account, he built his business from $125,000 in sales
to $3.5 million in 2004. The account base includes Ad Specialty Distributors,
Screen Printers, Embroiderers, Catalog Operations, and Retail Stores.
Starting with an original staff of two, the company now employs approximately
35 people. Through marketing skill and the instinct to hire strong, caring,
and capable employees, Jeff and Aprons, Etc., continue to create new product
ideas, build on the existence of the proven basics, and move forward toward
ever-stronger business relationships with their customers. Please come
grow with us. The strength of Customer Service at Aprons, Etc., began with Lucy Hoffman, VP of Sales. With a solid background in sales, and a determination that our customer service would be the best in the industry, Lucy has brought a strongly committed customer service attitude to the company. The staff that backs her up feels equally committed. To continue the strong
customer service attitude, Lynn Anderson
as National Sales Manager
oversees the Customer Service Department, along with building strong relationships
with many leading distributors. Lynn’s strong background in creative
sales and her ever-expanding knowledge of the import industry provides
a needed reliable partner to all customers needing import information. Bringing energy and creativity to all marketing programs for Aprons, Etc., is Scott Thackston, our VP of Marketing. Scott’s expertise in marketing, trade publications, and trade show knowledge, has provided a strong awareness of Aprons, Etc., products and abilities to our marketplace. Scott’s solid background in sales and production in the textile field and his personal creativity in catalog creation and show experience continues to add a unique vision to the marketing plans of Aprons, Etc. |
